Eunoia The Label

Eunoia. Peace of Mind aims to support and spread awareness and education around Mental Health in New Zealand, through normalising people to talk and start conversations with those around them about how they are feeling. We believe this doesn’t happen enough, and that asking someone “what’s up” should be all it takes to get the conversation started.

Their designs will have a clean soft feel to them using pastel colours, to help show the caring nature of looking after our mental health. The added hints of cartoon elements and playfulness show the feeling of happiness, to encourage people to look at talking about mental health in a positive way.

They hope that by putting these messages centered around mental health on t-shirts, hoodies and stickers in a trendy style, that people will see these messages on a daily basis within their friend groups. Giving them a constant reminder to not only check in on themselves but ask those around them how they are today.
